State Representative Daryl Metcalfe leads a press conference meant to introduce a Declaration of Suspension against Governor Wolf. Metcalfe (R-Butler), Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Adams) and several other state lawmakers gathered on the state Capitol steps today to present the Declaration that would effectively dissolve the governor’s abuse of emergency powers.
