As many as 400,000 people are expected to attend this week’s 94th annual Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, making it the biggest wintertime event in the entire state. Rep. House Republican lawmakers celebrated a partial victory in the state budget battle on Thursday as Republican Leader Sam Smith declared the defeat of Governor Rendell’s proposed personal income tax hike. Rep. Pennsylvania lawmakers returned to the State Capitol on Tuesday to be sworn into office for the upcoming legislative session. Hundreds of friends, family, and well-wishers gathered in Harrisburg to support those newly elected to office. Rep.
