Hundreds of citizens joined legislators and national gun-rights advocates for the fifth annual Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally Tuesday on the steps of the State Capitol in Harrisburg. Lawmakers also took this opportunity to join in reaffirming their support for the 2nd amendment and highlight legislation to would further protect gun rights in Pennsylvania. Rep. A constitutional amendment to ban teacher strikes in Pennsylvania has been introduced in Harrisburg.
