Legislation to help community based non-profits by easing limits on the small games of chance used to raise funds for local services was approved recently by the state House. The bill would significantly increase allowable prize limits for raffles and daily drawings from $500 to $1000 and increase weekly prize limits from $5000 to $25,000. Rep.
